Sushi Appertizer
4 pieces of assorted raw fish(chef's choice).
由四片不同的寿司组成的。(一般是在tuna,salmon,fluke,strip bass和white fish里面选)
Sashimi Appertizer
8 pieces of raw fish sliced into thin pieces(chef's choice).
(一般是在tuna,salmon,fluke,stripe bass和white fish里面选)与寿司不同,刺身没有饭,只有鱼
Yellowtail Jalapeno
Sliced yellowtail or salmon topped with tomato, jalapeno served with yuzu sauce.
切成6-8薄片的黄尾鱼(yellowtail),放上现切的墨西哥辣椒片(jalapeno),浇上一种叫yuzu 的sauce。
Oshiko Mix
Assorted Japanese pickles.
日本的腌菜 黄色的是oshiko,褐色的是kampyo。
Tako Sunomono
a Japanese dish consisting of thinly sliced cucumber,sweet vinegared salads
and octopus.
切成薄片的章鱼,加上黄瓜片,放入甜酸的醋中,腌制一会。不过现在有的店是用yuzu sauce来代替。
Seafood Sunomono
Sliced vegetables and seafood soaked in sweet vinegar sauce.
做法与tako sunomono类似,海鲜选取一般为:章鱼,蟹肉,鱿鱼,北极贝,虾,生鱼。
Pepper Tuna tataki
Tuna lightly seared and serve rare with citrus base soy sauce.
金枪鱼用火烧过,然后切成薄片,最后浇上ponzu sause。
Salmon Tartar
Diced salmon , apple, avocado & crunchy topped with tobiko & quail egg served with special sauce and shaped into small cakes.
三文鱼,苹果,牛油果切成块状,与甜不辣的炸粉混合,放入圆形的模具中,压成圆柱状,加上鱼籽与鹌鹑蛋黄做点缀,最后浇上特制的酱汁。
Tuna Dumpling
Tuna sashimi stuffed with king crab, apple, avocado, crunchy & tobiko, served with special sauce.
金枪鱼敲成薄薄一片,加入各式的馅料,如蟹肉,牛油果,水果,合成饺子状,在封口处加上些许鱼籽做点缀,最后加上特制的酱汁。
Tuna Pizza
Tortilla topped with sliced tuna, tomato, green pepper & onion served with special sauce.
葱油饼,加上牛油果沙拉,铺满生的金枪鱼,切片,然后在每片葱油饼上放入番茄,洋葱等,最后加上辣美奶滋(spicy mayo)和鳗鱼酱(eel sauce)。
Tuna Martini
Thin tuna, crunchy, avocado & tobiko, presented in martini glass served with special sauce.
金枪鱼切片,加入牛油果,甜不辣炸粉,放在鸡尾酒杯中。
Treasure Island
Tuna, salmon, yellowtail covered over slices of avocado served with special sauce.
金枪鱼,三文鱼,黄尾鱼切块并搅拌均匀,用牛油果片围出一个圆形或者心形,并在旁边浇上特制酱汁。
小知识
what's difference between sushi and sashimi:
Sushi is vinegared rice topped with fish or other ingredients. Sashimi, which is slices of raw fish alone, is not sushi because it isn't accompanied with rice.
寿司是一个小饭团,加上一片生鱼或者其他材料,这也就是我们说的sushi。刺身,只有鱼而没有饭,我们称为sashimi。
什么是chef's choice?
即只能由师傅选择的,而不是客人选择的。
