国家要禁售燃油车，已让传统车企措手不及！
今天国家出台的这个重大政策，又要将让多少传统车企夜不能寐，让多少加油站和4S店彻夜无眠！
刚刚消息传来：中办国办联合出台了公务用车新规，要求党政机关必须带头使用新能源汽车。
怎么个带头？
这个带头，国家可不仅仅是泛泛号召一下，而是规定了实打实的办法：按照规定逐步扩大新能源汽车配备比例。换句话说，今后新能源汽车占公务用车的比例，应当一年一个台阶，不断提高！
这一招，看似凌空一击，实为举重若轻。历史的经验告诉我们，在中国这样的国家，要干事、干成事，最重要的一点，是领导干部带头。
现在，党政机关带头，首先要开始使用新能源汽车了。政策制定者，成为了第一个吃螃蟹的人，这当然有利于更好制定新能源车发展的政策了！
从今天开始，当你在路上看到挂着绿色车牌、写着政务专用的新能源车，千万不要再惊讶。这是新能源时代，是国家下定的决心！

为了推动中国新能源汽车的发展，国家也是拼了！
一个接一个的大招，正如排山倒海一般打出。
9月9日，工业和信息化部宣布，已经启动了相关研究，制订停止生产销售传统能源汽车的时间表。
10月16日，央行和银监会联合发布《关于调整汽车贷款有关政策的通知》。宣布：买新能源汽车贷款最高发放85%。也就是说，只要你买新能源汽车，首付只用15%！
11月21日，公安部正式宣布，为新能源电动汽车推出专属牌照，即刻起全国实行“绿色车牌”。绿色车牌享有其他车牌没有的“特权”。比如，凡悬挂绿色车牌，不受尾号限行；大量停车场免费两小时；而送货的快递车，只要是绿牌，随你送。
Duang Duang Duang！一个个利好消息袭来，每一个都中流击水、浪遏飞舟！
可以想见，不会太久，中国人将更多选择购买零排放车型，如纯电动车或者氢燃料电池车！
可以想见，不会太久，传统能源汽车要彻底进入历史了。不少传统能源行业和汽车销售模式，比如加油站和4S店，也面临彻底改变。

为什么要国家要用这么大的力度，鼓励使用新能源汽车，逐步替代传统汽车呢？
内参君认为，国家之所以做出如此大的决心，一方面是为了保护我们赖以生存的环境，另一方面，还为了扭转那130年被西方称霸的汽车行业！
1、保护环境，还我蓝天！
近年来，我们的ＧＤＰ是上去了，但是，我们赖以生存的环境，污染却越来越严重。特别是空气的污染尤为严重，近年来雾霾、癌症、糖尿病等疾病一直在侵袭着人们的健康生活。
我们既要金山银山，也要绿水青山，何况发展新能源汽车，是鱼与熊掌兼得但一件好事。
2、另辟蹊径，弯道超车！
除了环保考虑以外，电动车比起燃油车，还有很多压倒性的优势：
电比油便宜很多。用电，一英里花四美分。用油，一英里则要花上十五美分. 而且电价随着技术进步，还会继续下降。
电动车性能比汽油车强。电动车从能量到推力的转化效率高达90%，而汽油车的转化效率不到35%。比如特斯拉的 Model S, 最高配置已经可以在2.8秒内从0加速到100公里了。
维护费用大大低于汽车。你想，内燃机的零部件有多少？电车没有内燃机那么多的零部件，维护起来费用要比同类汽车至少便宜三分之一。
汽车行业是工业化4.0必争的阵地。开发使用新能源车，相当于在西方国家牢牢把守的老阵地外，重新开辟一个新阵地，实现弯道超车！
3、摩拳擦掌，企业崛起！
中国汽车企业已经闻到了商机。他们一拥而上，纷纷抢夺阵地！
长安汽车已宣布：2025年，全面停售传统燃油车；
比亚迪提前两月，完成今年全年新能源销售目标；
李书福宣布吉利基于纯电动，推出10款全新车型；
就连空调女王董明珠，也孤注一掷投资珠海银联，要在新能源汽车发展大潮中发一杯羹！
是的，从今天起，汽车行业的规则，已经变了！
一个被燃油车统治了100多年的汽车时代即将结束，一个新能源汽车的时代即将到来！

历史车轮滚滚而过，时代潮流汹涌而去，正如王菲曾经唱过的那样：没有什么能够永垂不朽，更不可能有哪个行业能一成不变。
落后就要挨打，这个教训中国人有深深的领悟。所以工业化4.0时代，我们绝不能落后；未来科技和产业竞争，中国绝不能输！
