8 l+ Y. u) X8 v2. 1-3 years of law experience preferred
3. Fluency in English and Chinese (Written and oral) is strongly preferred
- U1 w9 n1 L* l3 n/ S  N4. Excellent writing, legal research, and oral presentation skills
7 X( ?6 N" F" V/ x5. Ability to multitask and also manage heavy load

9 g% s3 ~/ k, E3 @& Q& r1、Efficient handling of marriage green card applications, family sponsorships, and various immigration cases
  c+ M7 L; X9 @# {$ ?$ x2、Reentry permits, application for citizenship, green card, work permit applications, and extensions
3、Passport applications and renewals for both China and the U.S., embassy-authorized notarization and authentication
4、Obtaining a Taxpayer identification number for individuals without legal status, personal and corporate tax filings, handling various tax bureau correspondences.
# U; T/ N) K5 h5、Applying for government housing, elderly apartments, food stamps, cash subsidies, and various welfare benefits.
/ h/ e, C; g3 m; a6、Processing retirement pensions, red and blue cards, bank cards, medicare cards, medicaid cards, senior citizen half-price subway cards, etc.
& U5 s1 M$ k7 `$ P) G! @7、Student visa applications, F-1 visas, from application to obtaining an I-20 and then scheduling a visa appointment.
