L. Batya Schwartz Ehrens 是个犹太人，之前在纽约开移民律师楼的。
Attorney General William Barr appointed L. Batya Schwartz Ehrens to begin hearing cases in October 2019. Judge Schwartz Ehrens earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1999 from Emory University, a Juris Doctor in 2003 from American University Washington College of Law, and a Master of Business Administration in 2004 from American University Kogod School of Business. From 2012 to 2019, she was the founder and principal attorney at Schwartz Ehrens Immigration Law PLLC, in New York. From 2006 to 2012, she was an immigration attorney in private practice in New York. Judge Schwartz Ehrens is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and
New York State Bar.
Hoover III, Forrest W.之前是海军的，退伍军人，估计会有点严格哟，像法官Palmer当过兵一样
Attorney General William Barr appointed Forrest W. Hoover III to begin hearing cases in October 2019. Judge Hoover earned a Bachelor of Science in 1999 from Drexel University, a Juris Doctor in 2008 from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a Master of Criminal Law in 2012 from the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School. In 2019, he retired as a lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Marine Corps after serving since 1999. From 2008 to 2019, he served as a judge advocate, defense counsel, prosecutor, and military judge for the U.S. Marine Corps in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and Okinawa, Japan. From 1999 to 2005, he served as a logistics officer for the U.S. Marine Corps in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; Okinawa, Japan; and Quantico, Virginia. Judge Hoover is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.
Deborah E. Klahr法官经历很丰富，之前在曼哈顿与纽瓦克做过移民官，也做过私人律师。接法官Donnolo的案子。

Judge Klahr earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1989 from Stern College, Yeshiva University and a Juris Doctor in 1992 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. From 2018 to 2019, she served first as a supervisory immigration officer and then as a section chief with the New York City Field Office, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), in New York. From 2017 to 2018, she served as a senior immigration services officer with the Newark Field Office, USCIS, DHS, in Newark, New Jersey. From 2013 to 2017, she served first as an asylum officer and then as a supervisory asylum officer with the Newark Asylum Office, USCIS, DHS, in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. From 2009 to 2013, she was immigration counsel with Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper P.C., in Westfield,
New Jersey. From 2004 to 2013, she was an immigration attorney in private practice. From 2000 to 2004, she was a senior immigration associate with Merrill R. Cohen & Associates P.C., in New York. From 1997 to 1999, she was a staff attorney for the Bar Association for the City of New York, in New York. From 1996 to 1997, she was a litigation associate with Spector & Ehrenworth P.C., in Florham Park, New Jersey. From 1992 to 1996, she was a staff attorney for JASA/Legal Services for the Elderly, in New York. Judge Klahr is a member of the New Jersey State Bar and New York State Bar.
Theodora N. Kouris法官之前在纽约长岛的一家律师楼做律师的，不知道现在做法官了会不会碰到之前自己做的案子？接法官Kolbe的案子。

Judge Kouris earned a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor in 2009 from Boston College Law School. In 2019, she worked as an associate attorney for the Law Office of Usman B. Ahmad P.C., in Long Island, New York. From 2010 to 2019, she worked as an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Ted Sofer Esq. P.C., in New York. Judge Kouris is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar and New York State Bar.
Laura N. Pierro法官之前在新泽西做刑事检察官的。接法官Beschta的案子。
Attorney General William Barr appointed Laura N. Pierro to begin hearing cases in October 2019. Judge Pierro earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctor in 1997 from Wake Forest University School of Law. In 2018, she served as the deputy executive assistant prosecutor in charge of litigation for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office (OCPO), in Toms River, New Jersey. From 2013 to 2018, she served as the chief trial attorney for OCPO, in Toms River, New Jersey. From 2012 to 2013, she served as a senior assistant prosecutor and trial team leader for the Presiding Criminal Judge of OCPO. From 2007 to 2013, she was the director of the Special Victims’ Unit at OCPO. From 1999 to 2007, she served OCPO as an assistant prosecutor in the Grand Jury, Juvenile and Trial Sections. From 1997 to 1998, she served as a law clerk to three criminal judges of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth Vicinage and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office. Judge Pierro is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and New Jersey State Bar.

From 2016 to 2019, she served as an assistant chief counsel, Office of the Chief Counsel, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, in Miami. From 2007 to 2016, she served as an assistant state attorney for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, in Miami. Judge Sagesse is a member of the Florida Bar.
另外，法官Tsankov会从201 Varick St调回到26 Federal Plaza，来接法官Conroy的案子。Conroy之前从26 Federal Plaza调到了201 Varick St。这不是折腾吗？

嗯……庭在2016年底pd了……这回转结婚重新开案……因为lamb退休了法院就指派uruakpa gordon接手，7.9号延庭……这次是第二次见庭……没想到16天后大庭，看来法官想早点结束我的案子 无言以对 发表于 2019-10-23 23:22
