background-color: initial; color: rgb(126, 126, 126); text-decoration-line: none; border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(126, 126, 126); transition: color 0.3s linear, border 0.3s linear;">博物馆解说员黎梅玲（Le Mai Linh）表示，吉婆群岛天然景致特殊，文化元素也很丰富，包括盖贝（Cai Beo）、吉屯（Cat Don）、春潭（Xuan Dam）等考古遗址的发现，证明了海防市的史前文化和早期发展历程。吉婆岛（Cat Ba Island）是吉婆群岛最大岛屿，面积153平方公里，是越南第3大岛，仅次于坚江省（Kien Giang）的富国岛和广宁省（Quang Ninh）盖褒岛（Cai Bau），最高峰海拔331公尺，岛上除古渔村聚落，还有林相丰富的吉婆国家公园。吉婆群岛紧邻隶属广宁省的下龙湾（Ha Long Bay），有别于下龙湾早在90年代便获得联合国认证为世界自然遗产，吉婆群岛经过越南多年努力，去年才终于和下龙湾一起被打包纳入为「下龙湾-吉婆群岛」世界自然遗产。受益于「成名较晚」，吉婆群岛远比下龙湾静谧、纯朴，早年已被欧美背包客收入口袋名单，也是越南民众的渡假胜地，直到近年大集团和旅行社才涌入开发，兴建缆车、推出包吃住的游船行程、划独木舟等服务。只是发展后的污染问题随之而来，越媒引述吉婆岛海湾管理委员会表示，2020年数据显示，岛上每天产生100吨垃圾，包括居民和旅游带来的生活垃圾、来自海洋及周边区域的漂浮垃圾以及自然环境中的垃圾，如植物、树木等。旅客到吉婆岛旅游，有时会目睹海滩上堆积着大批海洋垃圾，加上当地缺乏大众运输建设，旺季尖峰时段常会出现塞车或渡轮拥挤的情况，对旅游体验和岛上空气质量造成了不小的影响，当局正设法面对。海防市政府近日发布数据，全市2024年有望接待915万人次旅客，超过1/3前往吉婆岛，达367.5万人次、年增20.3%，岛上更吸引105万国际旅客人次。相关单位也期盼借助吉婆群岛串联全市旅游资源。黎梅玲说，海防市受海洋文化影响甚深，不仅表现在物质上，也渗入人民的个性里，当地有句俗语「海防人『吃浪说风』」，意思就是海防人吃饭像大浪、说话像大风。爽朗开放的民情，构筑特有的海港城市魅力。<figure class="article-content__image--story article-content__image--middle" data-url="https://pgw.worldjournal.com/gw/photo.php?u=https://uc.udn.com.tw/photo/wj/realtime/2024/12/17/31108710.jpg&x=0&y=0&sw=0&sh=0&sl=W&fw=800&exp=3600&q=75" style="box-sizing: border-box;
