*環境：交通便利，公寓內有電梯，附近有多家優質餐廳、咖啡廳及酒吧
*房型：3B1B，與室友共用廚房跟衛浴，有室內洗烘跟洗碗機
*房間：配全尺寸沙發、書桌、雙人床、衣櫥、冷氣，陽光充足。
*室友： 兩名20-30歲室友，生活習慣良好，平時工作繁忙，隨和好相處。
*租金： $1100/月，包含所有水電費用及網路費。需繳納一個月押金。
(除非冷氣全天候運轉費電費過於超支，超出合理範圍將討論酌收)
